Once you have placed your order with us, payment must also be submitted before we can fulfill.
If you missed the payment step when placing your order, there is also a link that can be found in your order confirmation email or dashboard if you have registered an account with us.
NOTE: Orders that are left unpaid after 24 hours will be CANCELLED, and you’ll have to submitted another order into our system.
No! There is no minimum order requirement to place an order on WeedOnline247 however shipping for all orders over $100 is FREE.
Yes they can!
Each crypto address that you see on the payment page is unique per customer that’s tied to a unique customer order number.
As long as the payment is made it will be tied up to your account. Feel free to share your payment address with your friend.
If you have a paid order that has not been shipped out yet and you need to cancel, please contact us immediately so we can stop the order and issue a refund.
Please note, that refunds can take 2-3 business days to process.
If you have received a wrong order we will be happy to reimburse you the shipping fee to send it back before dispatching you the right one or if you prefer to get refunded you will have to provide us with your crypto address for the refund.
All returned items must be sent back in their original condition to receive a full refund.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
No! If you are located in the US or Canada we will ship your order the day its received. However for International orders, shipments as sent the following day, we provide tracking on all orders after they are shipped.

We are open Monday-Saturday, and ship daily around 4:30pm. The timing of your package can be affected by many factors, from delays, to route changes, etc.
Standard shipping typically takes 1-2 days for US & Canada. The biggest factor most of all is where you are located and whether or not you are in a remote area.
Since we cover a lot of countries (see full list of our Shipping Countries here), delivery time can range from 8am to 8pm. We are based in California.
The best way to truly understand the delivery time of your package is over time. As you order more frequently, be sure to take note of the time of delivery, and you’ll start to learn the time frames in your country.
Please chat to us prior to ordering over holiday season. Deliveries won’t service on the following holidays:

By default, signature is not required for delivery and that’s to protect you!
However, the name of the recipient maybe collected by the courier to be placed in the system for deliveries over $500.
We process & fulfill our orders Monday to Saturday between noon and 4:30pm, so you should be receiving your tracking information after your order has been shipped.
If your order came in past 3:30pm then it cannot be fulfilled for 4:30pm shipment deadline, so it will be processed on the following business day.
You will receive your order within 1-2 days, we ship daily at 4:30pm Monday-Saturday.
Packages can still arrive on Saturdays.
All orders need to be PAID before they can be fulfilled and sent out.
All orders place after 3:30pm cannot be shipped our for 4:30PM shipment, Saturday and during the weekend will be sent out the following Monday.
Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
You don’t have to!
We have a notification system set in place, so the moment that your package gets dropped off, you will immediately receive an email notification saying it’s been delivered.
We do not ship on Sundays.
All orders place after the 3:30PM cutoff on Saturday and during weekends will be shipped out on Monday.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge a $8 flat rate shipping fee.
No, we cannot spread one order to multiple addresses.
However, you are free to order a separate shipment to a separate address.
Every order comes with a separate email notification, one for the shipping that will include your tracking info, and another that will notify you that it has been delivered.
